Sometimes it seems that the digital revolution has been one big trade-off where we have accepted mediocrity in exchange for convenience. Cell phone reception is crap; YouTube videos are pale low-rez atrocities; blogs are unedited and unchecked; Twitter all but celebrates typos; conference calls strip away eye contact and gestures. Isn’t the next challenge this: how to take advantage of all this convenience and connectivity but also deliver clear, high resolution, considered, crafted, reliable, impeccable content?
